The NATIX Withdrawal feature allows users to convert their in-app NATIX points into on-chain NATIX tokens ($NATIX) and transfer them to their Solana wallet. This feature incentivizes users to retain their NATIX within the app while providing a secure method for withdrawal. This feature is available in regions with an active cycle, excluding certain restricted Regions.
Users have two options for withdrawal:
- Standard Withdrawal: Users can withdraw $NATIX without any penalty after a cooldown period, receiving 100% of the requested amount.

Immediate Withdrawal: Users can opt for an immediate withdrawal, but a percentage of the requested $NATIX will be forfeited as a penalty. The remaining $NATIX will be transferred immediately, though the actual transfer time depends on Solana blockchain congestion.
You need to ensure the accuracy of your Solana wallet address as incorrect entries cannot be retrieved or refunded.
