Please check if you are using Hotspot or Android Auto.
We have a known issue on resolving Hotspot connectivity, so please make sure your device isn't connected to Hotspot.
When location services are enabled in Android Auto, the system defaults to using the car's GPS instead of phone's GPS. This can lead to compatibility issues with Drive& app, resulting in errors. This issue is related to Android Auto, and many navigation apps suffer the same compatibility issue. If you want to continue using Drive& app with Android Auto we recommend the following workaround:
- Open the Settings on your phone.
- Go to Apps.
- Select App Management.
- Find and tap on Android Auto.
- Go to Permissions.
- Under Location, select Don’t allow.
This setting will prevent Android Auto from defaulting to the car's GPS, allowing NATIX and other apps to continue using your phone's GPS as intended.
