My GEMs are missing

If you think your monthly GEMs are missing, please check you Cycle reward notification in the Notification Center by navigating to Side Menu > Bell Icon.

If the reward distribution for the current Cycle has been done, you should be able to see your Cycle reward notification.

If the reward distribution for the current Cycle hasn't been done yet, please wait until we distribute the rewards at the end of the month and you should be able to see the Cycle reward notification.

If the Cycle rewards distribution is done but you still don't see your Cycle reward notification, please reach out to our Customer Support.
