Please note that there are 4 methods of logging into the Drive& App:
- Google,
- Apple
- Discord
- Email (manual input of the email on the log in page)/phone
The troubleshooting of this issue depends on which option you used to log in.
If you used Google or Apple option to log in
Please check if you have received an email notifying you that you used the wrong log in method.
You received the wrong log in method email
This means that you used the wrong log in option. Please try logging in by clicking on “Email/Phone” option on the log in screen and manually enter your email address and password.
You didn't receive the wrong log in method email
We would like to investigate this - please reach out to our Customer Support team.
If you used Discord to log in
This issue might happen if you changed the email associated to your Discord account after registering with Drive& app.
If you did change the email address associated to your Discord account after registering with Drive& app, please change the email on Discord to the same email you used for registering in the app and try logging in again.
If you didn't change the email address associated to your Discord account after registering with Drive& app, please reach out to our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to look into it.
If you used Email/Phone option to log in
Please check if you have received an email notifying you that you used the wrong log in method.
You received the wrong log in method email
This means that you used the wrong log in option. Please try logging in by clicking on "Google" or "Apple" option on the log in screen, depending on which email address you are using, and try logging in that way.
You didn't receive the wrong log in method email
Please click "Forgot password", and follow the steps to reset your password.
