Please try using the “forgot password“ feature on the log in screen. After that, you should receive an email from us. It will either be:
- Email notifying you that you are using a wrong log in method, titled “Login Notice“
- Email for resetting the password
If you received the first email, you don't have to reset your password to access your account - please check this article on how to use the correct log in method. In case you forgot your Google or Apple ID account password please check Google's or Apple's procedure on resetting your password.
If you received the second email, please follow the instructions from the email to reset your password.
