To reset your device to factory settings: Go to Side Menu > Device Settings > Reset My Device
Resetting your device will:
- Unlink your VX360 from your car and VX360 account.
- Remove saved Wi-Fi networks from your device.
- Delete all VX360 clips and associated metadata stored locally on your device
- Delete all footage pending upload: This will permanently stop the upload of footage currently pending. You won’t earn any rewards for this footage, but it will remain stored locally on your VX360 device.
- After resetting, you’ll need to reconfigure your device to access the app again. If you don’t plan to set up a VX360 device again, make sure to withdraw your NATIX balance first.
Important Note:
- Your VX360 account and all earned rewards will remain intact, but you’ll have to reconfigure a device to access your account. If you’re not planning to reconnect a VX360 device, be sure to withdraw your NATIX balance first.
- Any footage backed up to your cloud will be retained.
- Locally stored footage on your device will be preserved: to delete this footage, you’ll need to manually connect your VX360 device to a computer and remove the files.
